Izuku Midoriya
Selectable SR reward candidate
Keep this page centered on official reward status until skill values, launch rarity tables, and mode performance can be tested.
Planning fit score: 132
Katsuki Bakugo
Selectable SR reward candidate
Do not call either Bakugo listing S tier until damage windows, cooldowns, safety, and squad scaling are tested. The current App Store card confirms only increased rates for [Armor-Piercing Shot to Victory] Katsuki Bakugo and Collection "You idiots!"; it does not publish rarity, rates, pools, skills, or event terms.
Planning fit score: 113
Shoto Todoroki
Confirmed SR reward and Featured Enlistment character
Keep the starter reward and SR [Polished Icework] listings separate. Google Play confirms increased rates but does not give numerical rates, pools, guarantees, skill values, control claims, or ranking evidence.
Planning fit score: 112
Ochaco Uraraka
Confirmed story-event and enlistment listings
Keep this page limited to the source-labeled App Store story-event listing and official English X enlistment notice. Do not infer rates, pools, guarantees, eligibility, mission conditions, skill values, or tier value.
